Tucked up in bed after a very long day

Got up at 6.30am
Started work at 8am
Busy day at reception and trying to work the phone
Finished at 1pm
Rushed to fill up the car with the tiniest bit of petrol
Scanned and sent some documents for gymnastics
In uni by 2.30pm
Photocopied a million documents for an application
Got lost in the back and beyond of all the building trying to find this office
Got told that I have to have an appointment and now wait until Friday
Search for computers in the library
Resided to a crappy computer lab
Got kicked out half an hour later because of a class
Found a study pod in the library
Had my first meal of the day - a portion of fries
Changed study pod because of creepy library man staring at me
Got down to business in my improved study pod
2 coffees and 3 cans of Emerge
Getting frustrated by results write-up
Slowly crashing from the serious caffeine high
Running to the bathroom every 5 minutes because I drank too much
Getting kicked out the library because its midnight and closing
Returning home
Putting on comfy PJs and snuggling up in bed
Setting the alarm for 6.30 again...

Overall: another enjoyable shift at my new job, the majority of my lab report written but a very very tired Emily with a scrambled brain...

Time for sleepies Zzzzz

Assignments, more assignments, and even more assignments!

So still being a busy bee at university. Lots of stuff due in this month: 3 project reports and an essay, and still haven't even designed one of the projects. And got exam revision to fit into all that as well! The library has now become my second home... Not that I mind to much, its a nice enough library.

But I missed bonfire night tonight, instead I got to watch the firework displays from the library window... Such as life. It was freezing out anyway. Still a shame to miss it, I like bonfire night.

What else to say? Oh I finished Marley and Me, not long after I started reading it. Going to cross it off the list in a minute. One down, however many more to go... I'll get there one day. I have read a lot of books this week, just unfortunately they've all been to do with personality theories, individual differences and cognitive development.
Have to start getting sorted for applying to medical school as well. I've been looking into it a bit, and tried to start writing my personal statement. I just couldn't think of what to say though - my head's a bit full at the moment though, full of psychology and worrying about a few things.

Anyway, I better get back to being productive. I've decided to finally tackle my desk and sort through the boxes I've got lying around. I'm here in this flat now, may as well unpack!
